To Request Legal Assistance for a Non-Detained person - Call California Rural Legal Assistance Foundation's main line at 916-446-7901, Sacramento Food Bank and Family Services at 916-313-7604, and the Mexican Consulate at 916-536-6599 M,W,F from 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. (you do not need to be a Mexican National to receive a general consultation) to schedule a free immigration consultation.
